In what could be a move towards the future, IndusInd Bank recently introduced the country’s first interactive credit card, named Nexxt. The card is equipped with three buttons, each of which serves a specific purpose.
The card can be used to choose between three payment options at POS terminals. One can choose to convert the transaction into EMIs, use accumulated reward points, or use the card as a regular credit card.
There are currently four tenure options for EMIs under the card, with these options being 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, and 2 years.
The Nexxt credit card aims to improve customer interface, offering an enhanced experience. Designed by Pittsburgh based Dynamics Inc., the credit card uses LED lights to display a particular option.
Card users do not have to contact bank officials to change any options when it comes to using this card.
