ePoise Systems, which is a hiring automation product company, was recently acquired by international software products firm Zoho, which has a suite of digital productivity tools and SaaS applications. ePoise makes the hiring process more efficient by automating a number of screening steps for multiple roles. ePoise offers a set of automated assessments to job applicants, which then leads to an automated video interview. The company, which is based out of Bengaluru, was founded by Mr. Sachin Agarwal and Mr. Bishan Singh in the year 2013.
Mr. Sridhar Vembu, the Chief Executive Officer of Zoho, announced that the ePoise’s talent and product capability along with Zoho’s depth of product portfolio and international footprint will give value to the firm’s customers.
Zoho’s business applications, which span areas such as human resources, customer relationship management, office productivity, customer service, and finance, are used by around 45 million users on an international scale. These applications are available separately and are also available under one user licence as Zoho One.
Both companies have not disclosed the sum for which ePoise was acquired.
