The new service provides a live streaming solution for raising claims with the company. Customers can use the Smart eSurvey App to make their claims with Bharti AXA General. The process provides customers with the option of video inspection by live streaming the damages sustained by the vehicle. The app also provides a web link for customers to take a virtual survey about the damages.
Under the quick claim settlement process, the app initiates live streaming calls with the company based on a schedule. It takes only a few minutes to complete the virtual survey, and this service allows policyholders to get it done without the need for a surveyor visiting the spot. The app also helps customers keep track of their claim requests made to the company.
Once the virtual inspection is done, customers can get the settlement amount for all valid claims. The main aim of this service is to provide real-time solutions for one’s vehicle insurance claim needs.
